returns and exchanges

We want to make your experience with Fierce Unicorns the best it can be! Below are our policies concerning returns, refunds, and exchanges of items you will purchase through this website. Please read carefully and feel free to email us at if you have any questions!


Please e-mail us at within 7 business days of receiving your products to let us know if you have any problems with your order. If your order is eligible for a return, we will issue you a return label that must be printed within 24 hours and mailed within 72 hours or 3 business days, whichever is longer. To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The product is unworn.
  2. The product is not what was ordered.
  3. The product arrives defective or damaged.
  4. The product needs to be repaired.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. If you have worn a Fierce Unicorns mask, I can not accept a return for a complete refund.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Ear Savers
  • Gift cards
  • Stickers

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Mask shows signs of being worn
  • Mask that are dirty, are wet, have pet hair, have been taken apart, or were otherwise handled improperly.
  • Items that are returned due to undeliverable address.
  • Items not in their original condition, or are damaged or missing pieces for reasons not due to our error.


Once we receive your return, and it is in the condition described, we will email you to notify that we have received your returned item, as well as notify you if your refund was rejected or accepted. If your refund is approved, we will process it and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days. If you do not receive your refund within a week of approval, please contact us at and we will make sure it is resolved.

Return shipping will be at the 


Sometimes, because our masks are created by hand, flaws and other issues can arise. If one of our masks break due to normal use, we are happy to repair it at no cost to you. Whether it’s elastic that gives out, or a seam comes undone, we stand by our handiwork and will do everything we can do to make it right. Each product will be guaranteed for 45 days from the receipt of the product to be eligible for a free repair, and we will ship the repaired product back to you at no cost to you.

Eligible (free) repairs include, but are not limited to:

  • Resewing elastic onto the design
  • Re-sewing seams.
  • Replacing backing fabric

If your product needs repairs within 7 days of receipt, we will cover the shipping both ways.

If your product needs repairs within 45 days of receipt, you will be responsible to ship the item to us, but we will cover the return shipping.

If your product needs repairs after 45 days of receipt, we will still repair it at no cost, but you are responsible to ship the item to us, and pay for return shipping.

To have your item repaired, please take a few photos and email us at with details about your order, and what you would like fixed. Once we confirm that the repair is due to normal use, we will issue you a return label that must be printed within 24 hours. Once we receive the product, and it is in described condition, we will repair it ASAP and get it back into the mail to you. If an item’s defect is our fault and for some reason cannot be repaired, we will issue a comparable refund or replace the defective product with a similar product.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace new items if they are defective or damaged within the first 7 days of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will begin the returns process.

For valid returns that are our fault, you will receive a return label.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
